You don’t need someone standing over your shoulder to perform.
You want freedom, responsibility, competition, and the opportunity to prove what you can do.
Good. Keep reading.
We provide the appointments, training, sales framework, and support. What you do with those opportunities is up to you.
Your results will be tracked. Strong performers earn more, receive recognition, and are given opportunities to grow. Weak results will also be obvious.
This is not a laid-back sales job. We expect you to take ownership, learn quickly, and continuously improve.
Compensation
- Commission-Only and Base-Plus-Commission plans are available and will be discussed during the interview process. Commission-Only plans offer higher earning potential.
- Typical On-Target Earnings: $50,000–$70,000 per year
- Top-Performer Earning Potential: $90,000–$120,000+ per year
- Advancement opportunities are available for representatives who demonstrate strong results and leadership ability
What You’ll Do
You will meet with homeowners during scheduled in-home painting consultations.
We generate the appointments. You run them.
Your job is to:
- Build trust quickly
- Understand what the homeowner wants
- Recommend the right solution
- Clearly communicate value
- Address concerns and objections
- Confidently ask for the sale
- Accurately document the project for our production team
The sales process is straightforward. Executing it consistently is not.
Strong reps know how to balance helping the customer with leading the customer toward a decision. They are confident, persuasive, and competitive without being pushy, dishonest, or losing sight of the customer’s needs.
Training and Development
We regularly conduct:
- Sales coaching
- Team meetings
- Roleplays
- Objection-handling exercises
You will sometimes be put on the spot.
That is intentional.
You can’t improve while avoiding situations that expose your weaknesses. We care more about your willingness to engage, learn, and improve than pretending you already know everything.
Competitive Environment
We track performance, and the team can see the scoreboard.
Strong performers earn the most money and receive the most recognition.
You will probably enjoy this job if you:
- Enjoy persuading and influencing others
- Like competition and measurable goals
- Can handle objections without becoming defensive
- Want your income connected to your performance
- Work with urgency while managing multiple appointments and priorities
You will probably hate this job if you:
- Avoid asking for the sale
- Take feedback personally
- Prefer routine, predictable work
- Blame the customer, the leads, or the company when results are weak
- Are unwilling to practice the parts of sales you struggle with
We will coach you, challenge you, and hold you to a high standard.
If you are still reading, apply.
Most people will not.
