Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will provide excellent service to our customers while efficiently handling cash transactions.
Duties:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist customers in locating products and provide product information
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Promote sales by suggesting additional products or services
- Maintain knowledge of current products
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Experience:
-1 year previous customer service experience is preferred
- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to communicate effectively
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Ability to handle cash accurately and efficiently
- Proficient in operating point-of-sale systems and other retail technology
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in transactions
