Duties will be in coordination with the Activities Director:
- Assisting, with organizing , and coordinating activities for residents in a senior living community
- Assisting with implementing programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a supportive and inclusive community environment
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress
Qualifications:
- Experience working with seniors or in a similar role is highly desired
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess individual needs
- Assist with aging issues and resources available for seniors
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
