Our Athletics Department is seeking a Part time Assistant Coach - eSports. This position will be responsible for all aspects in assisting the head coach with the districtwide intercollegiate athletic team in the Missouri Community College Athletic Conference and NJCAA Region 16, including but not limited to recruiting, coaching and administrative duties. Responsible for complying with policies and procedures set forth by St Charles Community College, NJCAA, NJCAA Region 16, and MCCAC.
Primary Duties Performed

Assist the head coach with
-
scheduling of home and away competition.

practice planning, game-day operations and team travel coordination.

monitoring the district-wide team's operating budget.
-
monitoring athletic eligibility, including academic progress of student-athletes.

Coordinate athletic recruiting for district-wide intercollegiate athletic team.

Assist the head coach in supervising district-wide intercollegiate athletic team.

Uphold and enforce College policies, safety rules and regulations for district-wide intercollegiate athletic team.

Maintain certification for CPR and First Aid

Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Experience
-
Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Playing or coaching experience at club, high school, or collegiate level required.

Must have a clean driving record to operate college vehicle
Working Conditions

May work in various weather conditions.

May work more than 8 eights in a day, including evenings and weekends.

May work in various locations on separate campuses, gymnasium, office, and/or outside athletic facilities.
