What you’ll do
- Provide fast, attentive table service and bartending during shifts
- Prepare cocktails, pour beer/wine, and upsell specials
- Take accurate orders, handle payments, and maintain timely service
- Set up and break down station; keep bar, dining area, and service stations clean and stocked
- Maintain knowledge of menu, daily features, and local drinks
- Assist team members during busy periods and help create memorable guest experiences
What we’re looking for
- 1+ year serving/bartending experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant
- Friendly, reliable, and able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Strong communication, cash-handling skills, and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude, team player, and guest-focused
