Asset Ops is hiring Real Estate Acquisitions Managers to help us source residential and commercial investment opportunities.
Asset Ops is a real estate acquisitions and investment firm that reviews, structures, and purchases qualified residential and commercial investment properties. We are building a simple affiliate-driven deal sourcing system for people who can help create consistent deal flow.
This is a remote, contract, commission-based opportunity.
Role Overview
As an Acquisitions Manager, your role is to build a sales team, help them understand the Asset Ops process, and support them as they source and submit qualified real estate opportunities.
You are not responsible for underwriting, financing, negotiating, or closing deals. Asset Ops handles deal review, analysis, structuring, and acquisition decisions.

- Manage a team who are interested in real estate deal sourcing
- Help team get started with the Asset Ops process
- Encourage to follow the approved scripts and submission process
- Support members as they begin sourcing opportunities
- Help create consistent residential and commercial deal flow
- Communicate professionally with the Asset Ops team
- Follow Asset Ops-approved messaging and compliance guidelines

Compensation
This is a commission-based opportunity.
Acquisitions Managers may earn up to 25% of Asset Ops’ net compensation on eligible closed deals.
Example:
Avg Comp is $10k per closed transaction. Income is up to 25% of net.
10 closed transactions = up to $25,000 / mo
This is not guaranteed income. Compensation depends on proper tracking, eligible closed revenue, approved status, assigned role, deal eligibility, and written confirmation from Asset Ops.
Important
Acquisitions Managers may not promise financing, approvals, commissions, buyer interest, seller acceptance, investment returns, or that Asset Ops will close any specific deal.
Your role is to hire, support, and help team members follow the Asset Ops process.
