Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Mix drinks, serve alcohol responsibly, and maintain knowledge of menu offerings including specialty cocktails and brewing options
- Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for bills, tips, and payments with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas, adhering to food handling regulations
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Support catering, banquet events, or nightclub service as needed to ensure seamless operations
Experience
- Prior restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and understanding of food safety protocols
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of retail math, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills necessary for accurate billing
- Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
