About the Role
The General Manager will serve as the operational and cultural anchor of Pearl & Mary, shaping the guest experience and driving the performance of one of our most beloved concepts. This leader will oversee a dynamic FOH team, uphold elevated service standards, and partner closely with culinary leadership to ensure a seamless, hospitality‑driven experience from raw bar to dining room. This is a high‑visibility role within a nationally recognized, rapidly expanding restaurant group.
Responsibilities
Lead all FOH operations with a focus on precision, consistency, and elevated seafood‑centric hospitality
Build, mentor, and develop a high‑performing management team and hourly staff
Drive financial performance through disciplined cost control, labor management, and operational systems
Maintain a polished, authoritative presence on the floor, setting the tone for service, energy, and team culture
Partner closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless FOH/BOH alignment and execution
Uphold rigorous service standards and ensure every guest interaction reflects Pearl & Mary’s reputation for refined, approachable excellence
Execute strategic initiatives and collaborate with senior leadership on long‑term planning and operational growth
Qualifications
4–6+ years of senior management experience in upscale, fine‑dining, or high‑volume chef‑driven environments
Proven ability to lead large teams with confidence, clarity, and high expectations
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success in cost control, labor management, and operational performance
A leadership style that commands respect, inspires excellence, and fosters a positive, team‑oriented culture
Exceptional communication skills and a polished, guest‑focused presence
Experience with seafood, raw bar, or coastal‑inspired concepts is highly valued
