Position: Line and Prep Cook
Hourly Pay: $13/hour to $17/hour

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Ensure that food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines
- Assist in the preparation and plating of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
- Support the kitchen team as needed
- Wash dishes as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
