Education, Experience, and Minimum Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in program development.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with children of diverse ages.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the enrichment program, ensuring children's safety and compliance with federal, state, county, and school policies.
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-equipped facilities; ensure staff professionalism and respect toward students and parents.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records for students, parents, and program operations.
- Develop master program schedules, including snack, homework, and activity times.
- Plan and implement activities that meet children’s physical, intellectual, and social needs.
- Provide necessary equipment and materials to enrichment staff.
- Establish routines and positive guidance strategies; implement discipline when needed.
- Monitor student attendance and check-in/out records daily.
- Recruit, hire, supervise, coach, and evaluate enrichment staff performance.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing support to staff.
- Communicate program expectations, activities, fees, and policies to parents regularly.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make necessary improvements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $28.65 - $32.38 per hour
