Production Supervisor
Location: Charlotte, NC
Shift: 6:00 AM -4:30 PM
Pay: $75,000-$85,000 annually (Based on Experience)

Our client, a growing manufacturing organization in the Charlotte area, is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead their production team. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader with strong CNC machining knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and experience managing a production team.
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily operations, support a team of 8–9 employees, and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals are consistently achieved.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise, support, and lead a team of 8–9 production employees
- Oversee CNC machine operations and assembly line processes
- Monitor daily production activities to ensure goals, deadlines, and quality standards are met
- Troubleshoot CNC machining, equipment, and assembly issues on the production floor
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance needs as required
- Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Track production output and communicate performance updates to management
- Assist with scheduling, workforce coordination, and daily production planning
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and process improvements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing supervisor, production lead, or similar leadership role
- Strong hands-on knowledge of CNC machining and assembly operations
- Experience troubleshooting production equipment and machining processes
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a production team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Safety-focused with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
