American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with 1+ year of experience and ARRT(R) certification for a role covering OR, ER, portables, and outpatient imaging.

Acute care hospital setting supporting Radiology/Cardiology X-Ray services
-
Work covers OR cases, ER, portables, and outpatient imaging
-
Schedule alternates between 4x10 hour evening shifts (1:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and 5x8 hour day shifts (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) based on unit need
-
Rotating weekends every 3rd weekend
-
On-call requirement of 5-8 shifts per month

Uses GE and Philips imaging equipment, O-ARM, and PACS system

Epic charting system experience preferred
-
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist required

Current BLS and ARRT(R) certification required
-
Wisconsin state license required if applicable, pending license accepted at submission but must be obtained during compliance

Prior travel experience required, or first-time travelers considered if candidate has multiple facility employment history at Level I or II trauma centers

Community hospital experience preferred

Trauma Level I and Level II experience preferred

Experience with fluoroscopy studies, mobile/surgical procedures, and contrast media preparation/administration preferred

Experience starting peripheral IVs preferred

Ability to adapt quickly to changing unit needs
-
Perform imaging across abdomen, upper and lower extremities, spine, pelvis, chest, and head studies
-
Support trauma cases, fluoroscopy studies, and portable/mobile imaging procedures
-
Work across adult acute care and outpatient settings, ICU, ED, and operating room environments

Local candidates considered at a reduced hourly rate

Facility cannot accommodate travelers with latex allergies

Travelers may return to this facility only after a minimum 1-year separation
