Who You Are
ou're more than a social media manager—you are a visual storyteller.
You know how to create content that stops people mid-scroll. You understand how to combine compelling visuals, authentic storytelling, and platform-specific strategies to build communities, educate audiences, and generate engagement.
You enjoy being behind the camera, behind the keyboard, and behind new ideas.
Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to help build a fast-growing brand that's introducing a technology most people have never seen before.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute Skywell's social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Capture content at product deployments, live events, customer installations, and community initiatives.
- Create engaging short-form videos, reels, graphics, photography, and written content.
- Tell the stories behind our customers, technology, and mission.
- Build and engage an online community.
- Stay current on social media trends and identify creative ways to increase reach and engagement.
- Track analytics and continuously improve content performance.
What We're Looking For
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Experience creating compelling short-form video content.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and other social media management platforms.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in social media marketing, brand marketing, or content creation.
- Experience working with technology, sustainability, health & wellness, consumer products, or lifestyle brands.
- Portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns, video production, or social media growth.
