The Role:
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and member-focused Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This role blends relationship management, member engagement, and customer service. You’ll directly support individuals referred to WEconnect, guiding them through program enrollment, helping them understand our tools, and motivating ongoing participation.

Key Responsibilities:
Member & Referral Engagement
- Conduct outreach to referred individuals via phone, text, or email to introduce the WEconnect program and app.
- Explain key program benefits, including contingency management, online support meetings, and peer support features.
- Build trust, rapport, and motivation to encourage participation and ongoing engagement.
- Follow up with individuals who have expressed interest but have not yet enrolled.
Enrollment Support
- Guide new members through the onboarding and app registration process.
- Help users understand major app features such as goal tracking, rewards, daily routines, and peer connection opportunities.
- Troubleshoot basic technical or login issues; escalate complex issues to the Support team as needed.
Collaboration with Team
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless member handoffs and continuity of care.
- Document outreach activities and outcomes in CRM.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support and Account Management teams to refine messaging, engagement strategies, and outreach workflows.
Data Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain accurate, organized records of outreach attempts, contacts, and completed enrollments.
- Prepare weekly or monthly outreach metrics (e.g., contact rate, conversion rate, and reasons for non-enrollment).
- Identify trends and provide insights to Product and other teams to improve the enrollment experience and overall member engagement.
Member Education & Motivation
- Educate members on how to use app-based tools to support their health and wellness journey.
- Encourage participation in daily check-ins, goal tracking, and online support meetings.
- Share success stories or examples that highlight the program’s value and foster motivation.
Requirements:
- Dual Language: Fluent in Spanish and English
- 4-7 years experience in customer support, outreach, account management, community engagement, or similar member-facing roles.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience in telephonic outreach—empathetic, clear, professional, and confident engaging individuals over the phone.
- Ability to build trust quickly and maintain positive rapport with diverse populations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially when managing outreach tracking, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Comfortable working with technology, including mobile apps, CRM systems (Freshdesk experience a plus), and communication tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with initiative and follow-through.
- Genuine passion for supporting individuals on their behavioral health and wellness journey.
