Insurance Sales Representative
Location: Miami Springs, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM | One Saturday per month, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with inbound and outbound leads.
- Make outbound sales calls and generate new business opportunities.
- Educate customers on insurance products, coverages, and policy options.
- Build strong client relationships through exceptional customer service.
- Manage and organize lead pipelines, follow-ups, and daily sales activities.
- Maintain accurate records and customer information.
- Meet and exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and help identify additional coverage needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Comfortable speaking with prospects and clients over the phone.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is highly preferred.
