Private practice searching for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and self motivated individual for a full-time Optical Management position. The Optical Manager oversees the daily operations of our optical department, ensuring high customer satisfaction through sales, managing inventory, and leading staff. You will handle scheduling, insurance billing, and ensure eyewear meets quality standards. Optical experience and strong leadership skills required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Operations & Administration: Managing inventory, ordering frames/lenses, and processing insurance.
- Staff Leadership: Training, scheduling, and mentoring opticians and support staff.
- Customer Experience: Ensuring high-quality service, resolving complaints, and maintaining sales standards.
- Sales Driving: Driving sales through effective merchandising, promotions, and product knowledge.
