What You'll Do
- Provide preventive and periodontal dental hygiene services
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document clinical findings
- Take digital radiographs as needed
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and proper hygiene techniques
- Collaborate closely with the dentist and team to support comprehensive treatment planning and patient care
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records
- Help patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their visit
What We're Looking For
- Active Massachusetts Dental Hygienist license
- Dental Hygienist Local Anesthesia Permit preferred, but not required
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
- Experience with digital radiography (Dexis) and Dentrix preferred
