Duties
- Greet customers and assist with jewelry selections
- Explain product features, materials, and care
- Process sales using POS systems and handle cash accurately
- Maintain displays, inventory, and store organization
- Answer customer calls and schedule appointments
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
Skills
- Retail or jewelry sales experience preferred but not required. We will train
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Comfortable with POS systems and cash handling
- Basic math and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
