Our construction company is looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team. We specialize in all aspects of residential construction, so we need a Carpenter with experience who loves thinking outside the box and wowing clients. Attention to detail is a must. Our company prides itself on exceptional finish work and doing jobs the right way - no shortcuts. The ideal candidate will have their own truck and tools and be willing to travel within a 30-mile radius. Most work is on-site. For the right applicant, we will consider a promotion to Lead Carpenter/Foreman. We offer performance-based advancement and bonuses. <ul>
<li>5+ years of construction experience.
</li>
<li>Knowledge/proficiency with tooling and machinery.
</li>
<li>Capable of climbing ladders and lifting at least 80lbs.
</li>
<li>Ability to read construction drawings.
</li>
<li>Critical thinking and time management skills needed to complete tasks in the most efficient manner while still meeting code requirements.
</li>
<li>Attention to detail a must.
</li>
<li>Experience with electrical, plumbing, and masonry a plus.
</li>
<li>Ability to work on your own and take instructions.
</li>
<li>Ability to create material lists.
</li>
<li>Knowledge of IRC code.
</li>
<li>Work ethic and pride in workmanship.
</li>
<li>Must have own transportation &amp; some tooling.
</li>
<li>Demonstrate safe job-site practices.</li></ul></div></div></div>
