Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality healthcare services to patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatric patients.
Duties
As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing primary care to patients, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and prescribing medications. Your duties will also include:
- Providing health education to patients and their families
- Developing and implementing patient care plans
- Conducting routine check-ups and health screenings
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
- Administering injections and vaccinations
- Performing catheterization and phlebotomy procedures
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Providing emergency care and responding to code blues
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing or a related field
- A current RN license in the state
- A current NP license in the state
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
