Colorado Behavior and Learning Group (CBLG) is a BCBA-owned, BCBA-led ABA therapy provider offering center-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Colorado Springs.
We provide care for children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) through early intervention ABA, school-age programming, and severe/high-magnitude behavior treatment programs.
Unlike many BCBA roles, our model is intentionally built to remove administrative barriers so you can focus on clinical outcomes and quality ABA therapy. CBLG is also fully licensed by CDHS at all of its locations.
We support you by managing:
- RBT training (40-hour course and onboarding)
- Colorado State Licensing Requirements
- Scheduling and staffing coordination
- Insurance authorizations and billing
- HR functions, compliance, and employee relations

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 – $95,000 per year (final offer based on experience, credentials, and clinical background)

Clinical Support and Growth

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Oversee data collection, programming, and treatment integrity
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain a small, quality-focused caseload of 6–10 clients
Qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing (those in process of testing are encouraged to apply to discuss potential opportunities)
- Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy)
- Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), early intervention, and/or severe behaviors preferred
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
