We are seeking a high energy group trainer. This person is an enthusiastic and experienced fitness professional who leads a dynamic, challenging and fun workout for a group of people. They motivate, inspire and guide clients towards achieving their fitness goals through creative and effective exercise programming. We encourage you to bring your authentic selves to work through your training with writing your own workouts for the sessions. This trainer is skilled in designing workouts that cater to a range of fitness levels and provide personalized attention to each participant to ensure safety and proper from. In short you’re the ultimate fitness cheerleader!
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide guidance to clients on proper body mechanics, form & correction. Ensure client safety. Modify specific exercises to accommodate client needs and various skill levels.
-Write custom workouts
- Must have a solid work ethic & be dependable
- Conduct fitness assessments & implement progressive programs designed for specifically for our valuable clients
- Must provide a high level of personalized attention to clientele, HIGH Energy
- Strong ability to coach, manage time and motivate multiple clients
- Establish and maintain clientele
- Excellent verbal and promotional skills
- Be COACHABLE!
-Attend weekly meetings
- Handel member concerns.
- Build and maintain highly engaged member base
- practice what you preach! Live a lifestyle similar to the way you preach to clients
- Use social media during shifts to keep member engagement / brand promotion.
Qualifications:
- Experienced certified personal trainer / group trainer. Must hold current fitness certification from an approved education company such as: ASCM, ACE, NASM, NACA, AFFA, NFPT
- Bachelors degree in exercise science or related field is preferred
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique and body mechanics
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to train all levels of fitness
- CPR/AED certified and current
- Social media presence
- Excellent customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude & team player
Job Type: Part Time / Full Time
Pay: $20-30 per hour
