Your Day-to-Day as a Customer Sales Associate:
- Engage directly with business clients to understand their energy needs and present tailored solutions
- Customer Sales Associates educate decision-makers on cost-saving programs, service options, and energy efficiency benefits
- Drive new business acquisition through in-person outreach and relationship development
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term partnerships
- Customer Sales Associates identify new sales opportunities by staying aware of market trends and industry needs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activity in internal systems
- Collaborate with the team in daily/weekly meetings to review goals, performance, and strategy
- Bring ideas forward to improve outreach, messaging, and overall sales performance
