Job Description and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle, ensuring their safety and comfort

Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, conducting regular inspections and reporting any maintenance or repair needs

Communicate effectively with passengers, providing assistance and answering questions or concerns they may have

Follow established routes and schedules, ensuring timely arrival at each destination

Complete required paperwork documentation accurately and in a timely manner

- Maintain a professional, positive image and attitude with regard to clients and people
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with passengers

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately

Physical ability to perform heavy lifting as needed

- Basic knowledge of operating wheelchair equipment
Requirements
Must pass background and drug test

18 years of age or older

CPR certification (preferred)

Previous experiences with mental and developmental illnesses (preferred)

- High school diploma or equivalent
