As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Sales Estimator to join our team in Annapolis, MD. This is an exciting opportunity for a residential remodeling professional who thrives on complex, high-end projects and enjoys working in a collaborative, relationship-driven environment.
We don’t spend our time making cold calls. We provide our team with warm sales leads generated through high-quality referrals and our well-established reputation for excellence in the community. We don’t estimate repetitive production builds. We work on distinctive custom designs and transformative renovation projects where quality, creativity, and attention to detail matter.
The ideal candidate can confidently manage project estimating and sales from concept through contract while partnering closely with clients, trade partners, and our internal team to ensure accuracy and excellence at every stage.
This is a full-time, in-office role based in Annapolis, Monday through Friday.
What You’ll Do
- Initial and in-person sales meeting with future clients
- Use a consultative approach to identify the project details with clients.
- Prepare and present detailed and accurate estimates
- Coordinate with vendors and trade partners, including leading on-site meetings, to define the project scope and acquire accurate bids.
- Convert approved budget proposals into finalized fixed-cost contracts
- Coordinate the handoff meeting from Estimating to Production
- Collaborate closely with project managers and clients throughout the preconstruction process
What You Bring
- Professional experience as a Project Estimator or Project Manager in residential remodeling
- Strong capability to establish rapport and cultivate trust with clients while effectively guiding project expectations
- Strong expertise in custom remodeling and full-home renovations
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Deep understanding of labor, materials, and subcontractor pricing
- Strong capability to effectively communicate adjustments in project scope and pricing while proactively guiding and managing client expectations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheet-based estimating
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering outstanding work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
