What You’ll Do
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices
- Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, mobility strategies, and fall-prevention techniques
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home wellness
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, quality care
What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida (Master’s or Doctorate required)
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated to helping others achieve their goals
- Organized and confident in managing your own caseload independently
