Preschool Teacher (13~16 children)

Pay: Starting at $15 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Hours: 7:45 AM- 4:30 PM
NO NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS
JOB SUMMARY:
We are looking to immediately fill a full-time Preschool classroom position at Little Rascals Childcare & Preschool. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with children and supporting a positive, high-quality childcare environment and loves to teach children!
Childcare Experience Required-- paid training provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with staff coordination, classroom oversight, and maintaining center policies and procedures
- Coordinate onboarding, new enrollment, and center parties/events
- Oversee curriculum management
- Support daily classroom routines
- Work with children (mainly ages 3-6 years old)
- Lead circle time, art projects, and CCQS classroom guidelines
- Communicate with parents using the Brightwheel app
- Help maintain a safe, positive learning environment
