Who We Are
Darling Pediatric Therapy is a therapist owned pediatric therapy practice located in Naperville, IL. We provide speech, occupational, and feeding therapy for children and families in our community.
Our team works with children with a variety of needs, including sensory processing differences, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, feeding challenges, fine motor difficulties, and emotional regulation goals.
We are a small, collaborative practice where therapists support one another and are able to focus on providing thoughtful, individualized care to the children and families we serve.
The Role
We are looking for a part-time Occupational Therapist to join our team. This position is ideal for an OT who is looking for consistent part-time hours in a pediatric outpatient setting.
The schedule will primarily include afternoon and evening appointments, with optional daytime availability on Thursdays and Fridays. We are looking for someone who enjoys a predictable weekly schedule and wants to provide ongoing care to a consistent group of clients.
Please note: This is a part-time position with a set number of available hours based on current clinic needs.
What You Will Do
- Provide individualized occupational therapy services for pediatric clients
- Complete evaluations and develop treatment plans based on each child's needs
- Communicate with families and provide education and support throughout the therapy process
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Collaborate with speech therapists and other members of the therapy team
What We Are Looking For
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license (required)
- Pediatric experience preferred, but strong fieldwork experience will be considered for new graduates
- A therapist who enjoys working with children and families
- Someone who communicates well and values collaboration

Compensation
Starting rate is based on clinical experience, specialized training, and areas of expertise.
