We’re a growing personal injury law firm looking for a warm, dependable, and detail-oriented Receptionist/Front Desk Assistant to be the first point of contact for our clients and partners. Schedule: Full-Time, IN-Person position, Monday - Friday, you choose 8:30AM - 5PM OR 9AM to 5:30PM
What You’ll Do
As our Receptionist/Front Desk Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring clients feel supported from the moment they walk through the door or call our office. You will:
- Answer and route a high volume of incoming calls using a multi-line phone system
- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and kindness
- Take clear, accurate messages and ensure timely follow-ups
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and team members with clarity and care
- Manage scanning, copying, emailing, and organizing documents
- Schedule appointments and maintain team calendars
- Support attorneys and case managers with a variety of administrative tasks
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of shared office spaces, including the reception area, kitchen, conference rooms, and break rooms. Responsibilities include emptying trash, washing occasional dishes, cleaning and organizing after office lunches or meetings, and helping ensure common areas remain clean, stocked, and presentable throughout the day.
- Assist with other administrative and office support duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years of receptionist or front desk experience (legal experience is a plus!)
- Can manage multiple phone lines while staying calm and courteous
- Is reliable, highly organized, and able to multitask efficiently
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both in person and over the phone
- Has strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Brings positive energy and professionalism to every interaction
