Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting café environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while demonstrating your knowledge of coffee and food service.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food preparation stations and equipment.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices are upheld at all times.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting low inventory levels.
- Perform basic math calculations for cash handling and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment focused on teamwork and efficiency.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
