We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our dedicated team. Fellowship training in rejuvenation / aesthetic treatment will be available for nurses who want to advance their career in aethetic medicine.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine advanced ambulatory surgical nursing skills with aesthetic procedures in a professional, patient-centered environment. The Aesthetic Injector Nurse will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and personalized aesthetic treatments while ensuring compliance with all healthcare standards and regulations. Duties
- Administer Botox, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic injectables following established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine suitability for aesthetic procedures and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on procedure options, expected outcomes, post-treatment care, and potential risks.
- Ensure aseptic technique and infection control standards are strictly followed during all procedures.
- Monitor patient vital signs before, during, and after treatments to ensure safety.
- Provide pre- and post-procedure care including managing minor complications or adverse reactions.
- Stay current with advancements in aesthetic medicine, including laser treatments, dermal fillers, and other non-invasive procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance skills related to esthetic laser treatment, injectable techniques, and new product offerings.
Skills
- Excellent patient assessment skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about procedures and aftercare.
- Knowledge of aseptic technique, infection control practices, and sterile processing protocols.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Certification or licensure as a registered nurse (RN) with current state licensure required; additional certifications in medical aesthetics preferred.
