Job Summary:
- Install, configure, and maintain Terminal and POS systems for New and Existing merchants.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients, addressing their concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Basic networking and cabling
- Training merchants on credit card terminal/POS Solution
- Courtesy visits to merchant location
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, software, and network issues
- Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to address client needs and contribute to overall customer satisfaction
- Follow established procedures and guidelines.

Essential Functions:
- POS Support – Providing solutions and solving issues that cannot be solved by Customer Service.
- Sales Support – Providing information and advice on POS solutions.
- Documenting/Recording Information - Observing, receiving, entering, transcribing, recording, and maintaining information in writing.
- Solution Monitoring – Monitoring Solution updates.
Education & Experience:
- Recommended high school or college courses
- Knowledgeable of basic computer skills
- Bilingual: (Korean and English)
- Previous technical job is a plus, but shouldn’t be required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
