About the Role
Hoegger is seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to develop professional visual materials that support the company’s brand, marketing, sales, and communication efforts.
This position is responsible for managing creative projects from concept through final production. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to produce high-quality creative work while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Designing brochures, catalogs, advertisements, flyers, rack cards, signage, labels, apparel graphics, social media content, and promotional materials
- Developing creative concepts that clearly and effectively communicate the company’s message
- Maintaining a consistent brand identity across all print and digital materials
- Preparing accurate, production-ready artwork for printers, sign companies, embroiderers, and other vendors
- Reviewing copy, artwork, and proofs for accuracy, quality, and brand consistency
- Coordinating projects with company leadership, employees, customers, and outside vendors
- Managing multiple design projects, revisions, production schedules, and deadlines
- Writing and editing concise, professional marketing content when needed
- Maintaining organized design files, logos, templates, photographs, and other brand assets
- Researching creative solutions, products, materials, and production methods
- Supporting special events, presentations, displays, campaigns, and other company initiatives
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio of completed work
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, branding, and visual communication
- Experience preparing artwork for commercial printing and production
- Excellent attention to detail, spelling, grammar, and accuracy
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees, customers, and vendors
- Ability to work independently and take projects from initial concept through final delivery
Preferred Skills
- Photography experience
- Website or digital design experience
- Digital marketing or social media experience
- Experience designing for both print and digital platforms
