We're currently looking for a full-time body shop production manager. Previous experience is preferred, but not required. Hours will generally be 40-45 per week (M-F). Benefits include medical insurance, 401(k) w/company match, paid time off, and a great working environment at a small family-owned business, among others.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily production schedule of vehicles from intake to delivery
- Monitor and track all repair orders for accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
- Communicate with estimators, technicians, and parts personnel to ensure repair status updates and seamless operations
- Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks to proactively prevent delays before they impact delivery dates.
- Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards and meet customer expectations
- Dispatch work to technicians based on skill level, workload, and production priorities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date repair order statuses in shop management systems
- Help manage sublet repairs and vendor relationships as needed
- Facilitate parts status follow-ups to reduce downtime
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a collision center or body shop environment (preferred)
- Proficiency with shop management software (preferred)
- Familiarity with collision repair workflow and industry best practices (preferred)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
