A contract opportunity is available for a Social Worker specializing in telehealth services within a school setting in Grand Rapids, MI. This role focuses on providing remote social work support to students, addressing their emotional, social, and behavioral needs through virtual platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver telehealth social work services to students, including counseling, crisis intervention, and case management.
- Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement individualized support plans.
