Responsibilities:
- Perform collision repairs including structural and non-structural repairs
- Remove and replace damaged parts
- Perform body repairs, panel replacements, and adjustments
- Properly prepare vehicles for refinishing
- Follow repair procedures and maintain quality standards
- Communicate repair needs and progress with management
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications:
- 2+years of auto body repair experience preferred
- Experience with collision repair procedures and tools
- Ability to read and understand repair estimates
- Knowledge of OEM repair procedures is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Job Type: Commission
Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,500.00 per week
