The Role
We're hiring a line cook who can hold their own in a busy kitchen, take direction well, and grow with us. You'll be cooking across both menus — Mediterranean and American comfort — so versatility is a plus.
What You'll Do
Execute menu items across both concepts accurately and consistently
Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards
Work efficiently during rush periods
Follow recipes and plating standards
Support prep and kitchen organization
What We're Looking For
At least 1 year of line cook experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, on time, and communicative
Experience with Mediterranean or South Asian cuisine is a strong plus but not required
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Schedule
Weekday availability strongly preferred (Mon–Wed). Weekend availability a plus.
Pay
$16–$19/hour based on experience
