## Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. This role involves troubleshooting issues, installing software, and ensuring systems are operating efficiently.
## Duties
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Provide technical support for Windows operating systems
- Assist in resolving IT support tickets using Teamviewer & Google
- Conduct software troubleshooting to resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with end-users to provide excellent customer service
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Configure computer networks and ensure connectivity
- Run hardware diagnostics on Mac and PC devices
## Skills
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems
- Experience with MacOS
- Strong software troubleshooting skills
