We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing collision center team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and keeping operations running smoothly from the first phone call through vehicle delivery. As the first point of contact for many customers, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience while supporting the daily administrative and scheduling functions of the collision center.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and by phone with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule vehicle inspections and repair appointments
- Make appointment reminder and follow-up calls
- Maintain communication with customers regarding appointment status and next steps
- Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and collection efforts
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information in company systems
- Support office operations and administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate with production and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn management software systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service, office, dealership, collision center, or automotive experience preferred but not required
