Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies, providing expert advice, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to excel in sales while helping individuals and businesses protect their assets.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain client relationships through exceptional customer service
- Sell various types of insurance policies to meet clients' needs
- Educate clients on different insurance products and coverage options
- Process policy applications and handle policy renewals
- Assist clients with claims processing and provide support throughout the claims process
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous
- Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information
- Bilingual proficiency is beneficial
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance standards
- Experience in telemarketing or retail sales is advantageous
