Pay Rate Range: $18-$20/hour
TEAM LEAD CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as an extension of the Management Team by providing leadership and support during shifts. Participates in training and educating new Team Members on Ted's Montana Grill culture, philosophies, standards, and operations. Manages all Team Members under their supervision. Attends weekly Management Meetings. Creates a fun, positive and energetic environment.

REQUIREMENTS
· Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired.
· Great team player.
· Ability to multitask.

*This position will be supplemented with non-managerial shifts in various positions at their appropriate compensation rate.
