What You Will Learn & Do:
You won’t just be sweeping floors (though keeping a clean job site is part of the work!). You will get hands-on, on-the-job training in a wide variety of skilled trades, including:
- Framing & Structural: Understanding how homes are built from the ground up.
- Plumbing & Electrical: Learning rough-ins, fixture installations, and modern trade codes.
- Drywall & Painting: Mastering hanging, taping, finishing, and high-end paint application.
- Flooring & Tiling: Working with premium tile, underlayment systems, and modern flooring.
- Finish Carpentry: Installing trim, doors, and high-end cabinetry.

What We Are Looking For:
No prior professional remodeling experience is required—we will train the right person. However, you must possess the following:
- Reliability: You show up on time, every day, ready to work.
- A Desire to Learn: You listen well, take direction, and actively try to improve your skills daily.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, bend, kneel, and work on your feet for an 8-hour shift.
- Professionalism: Clean appearance and a respectful attitude when working inside a client’s home.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute to local job sites.
