Looking for an "on-site" CONSTRUCTION project manager for a large construction company working in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill area. Focus is on multi-family communities and working with maintenance supervisors and property managers
Responsibilities - Includes the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Monitor deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of projects; Provide daily updates for upper management regarding status of project; Manage changes to the project scope; Establish and maintain relationships with third party vendors; Use leadership skills; Perform other duties as assigned; Lead and direct the work of others
Requirements - Proven working experience in CONSTRUCTION project management; solid organizational skills; 2-4 years of experience in the field or related area; valid driver's license, clean driving record and transportation
