About the Role:
This full-time Truss Fabricator position is an excellent way to launch a career in construction and manufacturing. In fact, many of our truss designers and lead team members started right here. Hours:
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Overtime available (45+ hours/week) with OT pay
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assemble wood trusses based on drawings provided
- Gather lumber and components from inventory
- Accurately lay out and connect materials using truss plates and pneumatic tools
- Operate saws and other machinery for cutting and fastening
- Stack and band completed trusses for delivery
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Keep truss plates and materials stocked and ready

- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure
- Comfortable with physical labor and working on your feet
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs
- Comfortable working in outdoor weather as well as dusty and noisy conditions
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Previous truss or manufacturing experience
- Carpentry or woodshop background
Starting Pay: $18/hr We pay weekly and offer:
