This role is for an experienced industrial electrician who is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with large, automated equipment. If you prefer residential or light commercial work, this is not the right role.
The Role
BPG USA is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Electrician to support a high-volume printing and manufacturing operation. You’ll be responsible for keeping production equipment running safely and efficiently, responding to breakdowns, and performing scheduled maintenance.
This is a hands-on, plant-floor role working directly with presses, conveyors, motors, control panels, and industrial electrical systems.
What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day)
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems to minimize downtime
- Diagnose issues on production equipment, motors, drives, sensors, and control circuits
- Perform preventive maintenance and accurately document completed work
- Assist with equipment installations, wiring, testing, and upgrades
- Work closely with production and maintenance teams to maintain safety and uptime
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Experience as an industrial or manufacturing electrician
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams
- Comfortable troubleshooting live equipment in a production environment
- Experience using multimeters, hand tools, and power tools
- Reliable attendance and willingness to respond to production needs
Preferred (Not Required):
- PLC troubleshooting experience
- Experience in printing, manufacturing, or heavy industrial settings
Pay, Schedule & Expectations
- Pay: Minimum $30/hour, increases the more experience you have!
- Schedule: Multiple shifts available (details discussed during screening)
- Environment: Manufacturing/industrial setting — not remote
