Our orthodontic practice in Beaverton and Lake Oswego is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a progressive orthodontic practice, with two private office locations. You will be joining an Orthodontist and team who are experienced and supportive.
DENTAL OR ORTHO EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS, BUT WE WILL TRAIN IF YOU HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND FRONT OFFICE SKILLS.

The Patient Care Coordinator is the welcoming face of our practice and the first point of contact for our patients. This role requires a warm, caring personality and a genuine love for connecting with patients of all ages. The hours of this position are 7:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Thursday, and 8:00 am-noon on Friday. We serve patients 4 days per week between our two locations and Friday's from 8-12 are for administrative work. The hourly requirement for this position is approximately 36-42 hours per week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome patients with a friendly, professional, and can-do attitude.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for patients via phone, email, and text communication.
- Triage patient needs, answer questions, and provide exceptional customer care.
- Manage and schedule patient appointments while maintaining a well-organized and efficient schedule.
- Handle written correspondence with patients and referring doctors.
- Work collaboratively with all team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Organize and coordinate monthly meetings.
- Maintain and prepare monthly practice statistics and reports.
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Be a strong team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
- Goal oriented and motivated to provide excellent patient care.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
REQUIRED
- Experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to prepare written correspondence, keep organized systems and understanding of sensitive patient needs.
- High School Diploma.
- Customer Service Experience.
