Duties

- Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders.
- Uphold food handling standards to ensure safety and quality in all food service operations.
- Stay informed about menu changes, specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, particularly in fine dining settings.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest services.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks
