Southwind Animal Hospital, a well-established five-doctor veterinary practice in the Maryville area, is a General Practice and Urgent Care facility. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art in-house laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound, dental radiology, and a fully equipped surgical center. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized and high-quality care to every patient and their owners.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and patients.
- Provide excellent patient care and customer service.
- Scheduling.
- Sorting and sending emails.
- Answering routing phone calls.
- Processing payments and various other duties.
Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly and compassionate with a passion for animal care.
- Dependable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of multi-tasking and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Flexible and willing to work at least 1 Saturday per month.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
- 2 years of veterinary experience (Preferred).

Schedule:
- 9-hour shifts (Full-Time)
