Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. You will play a critical role in coordinating between various teams and providing an exceptional experience for our clients. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including subcontractors, architects, engineers, inspectors, and clients.
- Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Oversee construction methods, materials, safety protocols, and industry best practices to ensure quality and compliance.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, and contracts with accuracy.
- Proactively identify issues, assess risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Ensure all projects comply with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, managing expectations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Provide daily updates in Buildertrend to support project tracking and client communication.
