Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to ensure a positive experience.
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions and food orders efficiently.
- Handle cash register operations, including processing cash, credit card payments, and giving accurate change.
- Manage food service customer orders with precision, ensuring accuracy in order taking and delivery.
- Assist in food preparation tasks when needed, including operating kitchen equipment and maintaining food safety standards.
- Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols throughout your shift.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately with basic math skills.
- Experience in food handling, serving, or culinary roles is desirable.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of food safety management, sanitation practices, and kitchen equipment operation is beneficial.
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters positive interactions.
